We are different than other rental facilities in that we provide flexibility. We do not have a caterer that we force you to use -- You are free to find the caterer that suits your event.
Although each event is different, our typical rental for our upstairs facility is $1,500 which includes 4 hours of time, 3 hours of setup time prior, table/chair setup and tear down, white linens provided if desired, and coffee/water/ice provided if desired. Our downstairs rental includes the same and is typically $1,000. Pricing can be lower or higher depending upon the amount of people at your event and if you prefer to setup and tear down yourself.
